AMP Vac removes the thin film that clogs equipment and contaminates fiber bale purity. At speeds of up to 120 picks/minute and 0.2 tons/hr, Vac can replace up to five human sorters while ensuring cleaner bales for higher-end market pricing.

Working with Sonoco, we trained our neural network to recognize rigid paperboard cans, helping increase recycling rates for this material type across manufacturers. AMP AI is unique in its ability to identify packaging down to the manufacturer or brand, enabling producers to capture more of their specific packaging and achieve their ambitious sustainability goals.
