Every Jet employs AMP Vision and AMP AI to identify individual items by material type, form factor, color, and polymer, while also tracking material counts and mass of material sorted.
At the heart of every Jet are two rows of 50 air nozzles, capable of accurately sorting two material streams at the same time.
Powered by AMP AI’s material recognition, Jet tracks the flight path of sorted material and adjusts its firing patterns and parameters to optimize capture rates.
The Jets can reconfigure to sort on different materials, self-clear jams, and detect if they have any issues in real-time.
