For producers of recycled film products, high-quality, pyrolysis-spec film bales could be hard to source—until now. AMP Smart Sortation reliably produces film bales with 95% purity and above. The combination of AI-powered material recognition and in-line quality control stations allows AMP ONE to effectively sort film without knocking heavier materials off the line.

Sorting film is a tough job for traditional sortation technology: film fouls screens and causes jams that increase labor costs and reduce uptime. AMP ONE facilities employ very few screens, and instead use air-powered Jet and Microjet technology to recognize, sort, and QC film in heavy concentrations and high speeds.
