Beth Dec

Chief Administrative Officer

Beth Dec is chief administrative officer for AMP. She leads the company’s chief of staff function, human resources, marketing, communications, and supply chain operations. 

Dec joined AMP from Vail Resorts, where she served as the vice president of shared services and talent acquisition. Prior to Vail Resorts, she held people analytics, HR operations, and workforce enablement roles for GE Aviation. She spent 10 years at C&S Wholesale Grocers earlier in her career where she held various leadership roles in supply chain, automation enablement, and HR. Dec holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
