Josh Roberts

Chief Operating Officer

Josh Roberts serves as chief operating officer for AMP, where he leads field operations and drives future-readiness initiatives across the organization. He brings a diverse background spanning operations, strategy, and leadership across both the private and public sectors.

Prior to joining AMP, Roberts held multiple leadership roles at Republic Services, including vice president of Operations Support and area vice president. In these roles, he was responsible for collections and post-collections strategy, with a focus on operational excellence and performance improvement. Earlier in his career, he served as digital strategy lead at The Coca-Cola Company and as a strategy consultant and client lead at North Highland, advising organizations on growth and transformation.

Roberts began his career serving 16 years as an active duty infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and mission-focused execution.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia Institute of Technology.
