Mary Macpherson

Mary Macpherson is SVP, finance for AMP, where she brings deep experience financing and scaling sustainable real assets at the intersection of infrastructure, policy, and market transformation. She has led complex investments and financings across energy, water, agriculture, and waste, spanning M&A, greenfield development, and structured finance.  

Prior to joining AMP, Macpherson was a principal at Vision Ridge Partners, where she sourced, executed, and managed investments in sustainable infrastructure platforms. Earlier in her career, she was a vice president at Equilibrium Capital, where she helped build and deploy a dedicated sustainable real asset fund investing in wastewater infrastructure, organic waste recycling, and waste-to-energy projects.

Macpherson began her career in public-sector investment banking, advising municipalities and utilities on large-scale infrastructure financings. She holds a master’s degree in management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College.
