Shaun Maguire

Shaun focuses on fintech, enterprise and frontier technology at Sequoia Capital and has led investments in Vise, Knowledge, and AMP. Prior to Sequoia, Shaun was a partner at Google Ventures (GV) where he invested in Stripe, OpenDoor, IonQ and many other successful ventures. Prior to GV, Shaun co-founded Expanse, a cyber security company, and worked at DARPA where he was deployed to Afghanistan. Shaun has a BS from USC, MS from Stanford, and PhD/MS from Caltech.
